I am a garden designer with a love of creating bountiful, biodiverse and beautiful spaces in which people can find their peace.
Trained at the Garden Design School at Bristol's Botanic Gardens, with further training from the RHS, London College of Garden Design and The Landscape Academy. I have also worked at the San Francisco Botanical Garden and on large scale landscaping projects throughout the Caribbean. Now rooted back in the UK I am taking on projects across the South West.
My design style is somewhat contemporary yet often features
naturalistic and wild planting schemes.
I believe the process of developing a garden is as important as the final product, so I enjoy working gently and collaboratively with clients to arrive at a garden design that is uniquely suited to them.
With extensive knowledge of both horticulture and hard landscaping I am able to to offer services that range from concept design through to build and maintenance, and from small garden revamps to complex, high end projects.
Design
I offer a full garden design service from concept plans and visuals through to technical drawings, materiasl specification and planting plans.
Whether its a small revamp of a certain part of your garden or a complete redesign of the whole space the design phase allows a good plan to be formed and an concept to move forward from.
Its this stage in the process where we work together to create a new concept for your garden, how it will look, and feel, and how it will be used.
I will present you with print an digital concept plan and 3D concept drawings, materials samples and other visuals to offer you the best possible sense of the vision for your outside space.
The design service can stand alone or can form the beginning of my further involvement in your garden project.
Landscaping
Once the design is done and a plan is in place I can provide a landscaping service to see it through to reality.
This can range from undertaking all the works myself, through to project management and liaising with sub contractors and other craftsmen.
My involvement in this stage allows for the design to be tweaked and reconsidered along the way to achieve the best outcome.
Small planting revamps are just as welcome as complex high end projects.

I offer a maintenance service for gardens that I have landscaped and designed.
Often gardens need a caring, helping hand to get established and some regular or seasonal attention to keep them looking their best.
